Fairer Exams is run by Hannah Gee.

We collect your name, email address and postcode to identify your constituency, organise the ambassador network and send you campaign information. If you choose to receive WhatsApp updates, we also use your mobile number.

Ambassador records are kept in a password-protected Excel file on Hannah’s password-protected Mac, with access restricted to Hannah.

We use Campaign Monitor to manage email subscriptions and send campaign emails. If you opt into WhatsApp updates, WhatsApp also processes your information. These services may process data outside the UK, so we cannot promise that all information stays in the UK.

We do not sell your information or publish your contact details. We will ask your permission before sharing your details with another ambassador.

You can leave the ambassador network at any time by replying to a campaign email. You can unsubscribe from emails using the unsubscribe link, or stop WhatsApp updates by replying STOP.

We keep your details only for as long as needed for the purposes explained here. You can contact Hannah by replying to a campaign email to ask about your information, request a correction or ask for it to be deleted.

Signing the petition is separate. Information you provide on Parliament’s petition website is covered by its own privacy notice.

Take action

Together, we can build fairer exams for every young person.

Fairer Exams is a parent-led campaign calling for a more practical, applied and accessible route through GCSE English and maths up to grade 4.

Because young people should not have to fail first before they are given a fairer way to show what they can really do.
